After years of anticipation Kalie and Jeremiah’s wedding date had finally arrived. The weather could not have been any more beautiful, with a high of 80 degrees accompanied with a refreshing light breeze; the day was already off to a fantastic start. Their wedding was the first wedding to take place at their impressive newly finished barn project, Stone Hill Farm. For first impressions, the barn was breath- taking. Greenery covered the stairway to the entrance to the venue, and covered the gorgeous mini chandeliers inside. There was intricate cascading greenery accompanied by tall romantic candles that elegantly trailed down the stairs of the stage that was prepped for the couple’s ceremony. 450 of the 280 people who had RSVP’d, (yes you read that correctly!) happily awaited Kalie and Jeremiah’s anticipated wedding service. As Kalie began her most important walk down an aisle, she radiated with exquisiteness. “I Love You Because” by Elvis Presley gently played as Kalie angelically walked toward Jeremiah in her lovely lace and beaded layered fitted wedding gown.
Fifty shades of white gave the ceremony an enchanted feel and beautifully placed white roses added a romantic ambiance. A celebratory wedding ceremony took place, pronouncing Kalie and Jeremiah as Mr. and Mrs. Korfe. The guests took time to enjoy the open
bar while adjustments were made for the reception to begin. Almost every inch of the barn displayed a unique feature, and there was so much room to explore throughout. “We had lots of greenery, larkspur, roses, queen Anne’s lace, all sorts of Eucalyptus and Italian ruscus everywhere. I really wanted lush installs. To me, natural beauty elements can speak volumes, while still accentuating the space and venue.” A champagne wall, soft seating and lounge areas inside and outside gave a welcoming and relaxing feature to everyone. As speeches were given, laughter lightened the air paving way for a truly magical evening. Kalie’s talented Grandma made an extraordinary five tiered cake for the guests to enjoy, and as favors the couple laid out adorable little packets of Minnesota wildflower seeds. To end an already perfect day, Jeremiah sang sentimental songs written for Kalie when they first started dating, closing out the wedding day with how their journey of love all began...with Kalie and Jeremiah finding each other as their soul mates.
